A quick run around at Christchurch International late this morning in rather grotty lighting conditions found the Piper PA-28-181 Archer II ZK-FHQ (c/n 28-7790326) at the 'Club' tie downs.
It has been listed with Charles Davis of Wellington since August of 2016.
Over the other side on what I call the Antarctic Apron was the Boeing 737 C-40C Clipper 02-0202 of the USAF.
This started as a Boeing 737-7CP (BBJ) with the c/n of 30753 and was test flown by Boeing as N1787B.
It then went on lease to serve Ford Motor Company/Fordair - I believe as N329K and VP-BFE.
From 06-08-2002 it became N754BC with Boeing Capital/BCC Equipment Leasing until being taken on by the USAF as a Boeing C-40C as an executive transport.
