A return to more normal flying activity and a stunning late autumn day provided a opportunity to visit Hamilton and Tauranga airports today.
At Hamilton a surprisingly very busy L3 training base offered their latest fleet addition, Alpha R2160 ZK-VCE, which was acquired from the Canterbury Aero Club in January.
Over at Tauranga 2 more Tecnam P2008s have arrived at Solo Wings for assembly, being ZK-TOT2 and TPT. Based on the registrations these are presumably intended for the NZ Airline Academy at Oamaru
